Aveda Institute Atlanta offers students a hands-on education designed to prepare them for a professional career in hair, skin and makeup application. Aveda Institute Atlanta's curriculum includes theoretical knowledge, practical experience and professional business-building skills.

In order to complete training, students at the Aveda Institute Atlanta must take 1,500 hours of Cosmetology or Instructor Training cosmetology; 1,000 hours of Esthiology or Instructor Training Esthiology; 525 hours of Instructor Training Manicuring; or 600 hours of Manicuring.

Students are introduced to Aveda products and learn the relationship between personal beauty and wellness, and the environment.
