BC aims to provide students with job-specific training so that they can pursue the career of their choice upon graduation. About 98 percent of Baker College's available graduates are employed. Students pursue certificates, associate degrees, bachelor's degrees and master's degrees at nine campuses, six Baker College branch locations and online. Baker College campuses are located in
Allen Park, Auburn Hills, Cadillac, Clinton Township, Flint, Jackson, Muskegon, Owosso and Port Huron.
The Baker College System has approximately 5,600 PCs and workstations, most of which are accessible in student labs and learning centers. Workstations are a part of the Baker College Wide Area Network. Baker College has about $15 million in computer equipment and spends upwards of $7 million a year to maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software.
Baker graduate programs are accredited through the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. In addition, the MBA program is accredited through the International Assembly for Collegiate
business Education (IACBE). The Occupational Therapy program is also accredited through the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).

The Center for Graduate Studies has master's and doctorate level programs in business, Information Systems and Occupational Therapy.

First-time pass rates of Baker College students surpass state and national averages in nursing (NCLEX Exam), the Medical Assisting Certification Exam, Vet Tech Exam and the CPA Exam.
