Baldwin-Wallace College was founded in 1845 on 100 acres in Berea, Ohio, about 20 miles from Cleveland, and was one of the first colleges in the state to admit students regardless of race or gender. B-W is a private,
liberal arts college with bachelor's and master's programs, as well as certificates and
professional education programs. Baldwin-Wallace College awards more than $40 million in financial aid annually.
Students at Baldwin-Wallace College choose from more than 50 majors, including 12 majors for evening and weekend programs. B-W values inclusiveness and offers a highly customizable higher education experience emphasizing individual growth. The
Ohio University allows students to take classes in a number of formats: in addition to the semester-long courses, there are accelerated eight-week courses, five-day immersion courses and computer-based courses. The majority of evening and Saturday classes meet once a week.
The Baldwin-Wallace College East campus, which offers evening and Saturday classes for working professionals pursuing bachelor's and master's degrees in
business, professional development and executive education, is located in Beachwood, Ohio.
