Benedictine college, located in Atchison, Kansas, is a private, Catholic, liberal arts college with more than 1,850 students. Students can choose from more than 35 majors, 30 minors,10 pre-professional programs and four graduate programs.

Founded in 1858 by two Benedictine monks, Benedictine College spans 110 acres overlooking the Missouri River about 45 miles north of Kansas City.

Mount St. Scholastica Monastery and St. Benedict's Abbey are Benedictine communities that sponsor Benedictine College. The school follows 10 core values from the Rule of St. Benedict.
