Founded in 1908, Biola University is a private, coeducational university located in Southern california. Accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, this California Christian university offers a biblically-centered education with a focus on spiritual development and career preparation.

Biola University offers more than 30 academic majors through its seven schools: the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of business, the School of Education, the School of Intercultural Studies, the School of Professional Studies, the Rosemead School of Psychology, and the Talbot School of theology. A wide range of master's and doctoral degree programs are available as well. Biola University students can enrich their education through internships, study abroad, or participation in the honors program.

Biola University is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Division I, with eight men's teams and nine women's teams competing at the varsity level.
