The Birmingham school of massage allows students the opportunity to earn a certificate in massage therapy so that they may pursue employment as a massage therapist. Students learn a variety of massage therapy techniques.

The Birmingham School of Massage curriculum includes theory, time in the classroom, guided practice and a supervised clinical practicum. Classroom topics range from anatomy and physiology to business and marketing courses. The Birmingham School of Massage follows the standards and recommendations set by the Alabama State Board of massage therapy.
