Canadian College of Holistic Health also offers numerous certificate courses, in areas such as acupuncture, herbalogy, reflexology and more. Certificate courses differ in completion time. Some program are offered one day per month for a period of time, while others are completed in eight months.

The Doctor of Alternative Medicine program, the acupuncture practitioner program and the Chinese medicine program are three-year programs. The homeopathic medicine program is a three-year part-time program. The holistic health practitioner program is a two-year program.
