This seminary in Tennessee is dedicated to training both pastors and ministry leaders to become successful members and leaders of the Church of God. With challenging, enriching academic programs leading to a Master of Arts in Church Ministries, a Master of Arts in Counseling, a Master of Arts in Discipleship and Christian Formation, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry, students are provided the best education to prepare them for a successful career. In addition to traditional classroom lectures, this seminary in Tennessee also offers a number of online courses. Some of the Master's programs may be completed exclusively online, and others can be completed partially online and partially in the classroom. Online courses are offered throughout the academic year, and during one of three intensive sessions.

The Seminary takes a holistic approach to education, recognizing the need for students to be fully prepared in all aspects of their lives. The campus also boasts a counseling center, a campus chapel, and internship and mentoring programs. The Center for Pentecostal Leadership and Care serves as a valuable resource for both students and the community, as it remains dedicated to providing counseling services, mentorship and international conferences on pastoral leadership.

The Church of God Theological Seminary remains committed to serving its community in the name of God. Many students volunteer for the Good Samaritan Clinic on campus, which provides medical services to the community, and participate in dozens of other volunteer and community service activities.
