Claremont Graduate University

150 E. 10th Street
Claremont, CA 91711

As the only research-extensive graduate university in the United States, Claremont Graduate University provides a student-centered environment that is dedicated solely to graduate and doctoral studies. While there are hundreds of excellent graduate programs in the country, students benefit from the narrowed focus of this California university, where faculty no longer have to divide their attention between their undergraduate and graduate courses.

At Claremont Graduate University, students are treated to a transdisciplinary approach to learning, which allows them access to coursework in a variety of different programs to encourage a broader base of knowledge. There are eight different schools at CGU offering degree programs in a wide variety of disciplines: arts and humanities, behavioral and organizational sciences, management, education, informational systems and technology, mathematics, politics and economics and religion. CGU awards master's degrees in 25 areas and doctoral degrees in nearly 20 areas.

As one of The Claremont Colleges, Claremont Graduate University teams up with six other institutions of higher education to provide a broad base of educational resources in California. By pursuing a graduate degree at Claremont Graduate University, students will tap into this combined wealth of resources, affording them some of the richest opportunities in which to achieve their goals.
