Creative Hairdressing & Barber Schools has locations in Enfield and Manchester, Connecticut. For four decades, the school has prepared students for careers as hairstylist, barbers, and nail technicians. These careers were ranked as "America's Hottest Jobs" in Money Magazine.

Creative Hairdressing & Barber School's hairstylist and barber programs require 1,500 hours of study for state licensing, and full-time students can complete the programs in 10 months. The hairstylist courses include haircutting, clipper cuts and fades, razor cuts, acrylic, gel and fiberglass nails, facials, skincare, makeup, eyebrow arching, styling, and more than 14 other courses. The barber program courses include haircutting, shaving, clipper cuts and fades, razor cuts, facial massage, skincare, beard and mustache grooming, styling, perms, hair relaxing, straightening, color, foil frosting, highway, and more than eight other courses.

Creative Hairdressing's nail technician program consists of eight three-hour classes, in which students learn manicuring, French manicuring, sculptured/acrylic nails, gel nails, fiberglass nails, maintenance, and nail disease and disorders.

Creative Hairdressing & Barber Schools offers salon services at both locations and no appointment is necessary. Gift certificates are available for purchase. The salons also offer a 10 percent senior citizen discount.
