Culinary school of the Rockies was founded in 1991 and is the premier culinary institution in the Rocky Mountains. Since its establishment, the school has gained a local, regional, and national following. The Culinary School of the Rockies' curriculum provides an excellent foundation to build or advance a culinary
career.
Culinary School of The Rockies' culinary programs include
Culinary Arts, chef track, and pastry arts. The
culinary arts program is a six-month, full-time course of study with a mandatory month-long externship. There are externship choices in France and Colorado. The chef track is a 15-week course program, where students work alongside a primary instructor and several of the most distinguished chefs and caterers. Students can network with different chefs and learn from chefs who are highly successful in their fields. The pastry arts program is an intensive, five-week course of study that covers baking and pastry skills.
