As Delaware's only community college, Delaware Technical and Community College offers a variety of programs that are sure to appeal to most anyone. Appealing to students who are interested in anything from continuing education and traditional academics, to corporate training and technical programs, this Community College served 40,997 individuals during the 2005-06 school year.

What's more, the school regularly offers over 120 certificate, diploma, and associate degree programs in subjects such as exercise science, medical assisting, veterinary technology, and automotive technology, as well as computer engineering, construction management, Culinary Arts, and American Sign Language (ASL).

Delaware Technical and Community College has four locations to choose from: Owens Campus, Stanton Campus, Terry Campus, Wilmington Campus. Depending on which campus you choose to attend you'll find that the subject offerings and level of programs differ. For students who can't attend class at any of these campuses, this Delaware also college offers distance learning in a number of programs, allowing students to learn and study via online instruction and assignments. Students who aren't able to go the route of online learning, meanwhile, have the option to learn via telecourses, in which class lessons are given through either videocassettes or cable television.
