Delta Connection Academy offers a professional pilot program, jet bridge program, helicopter transition program, airline pilot-J1 internship program, and M1-commercial pilot certification. The professional pilot program is a fast-paced program in which students gain the skills necessary to begin a career at a regional airline in as little as 24 months. After successful completion of the program's two phases, students will receive Delta Air Lines travel benefits, certified flight instructor status for multi-engine (FAR part 141), 1,000 hours total flight time, jet transition course, and a guaranteed job interview.

The helicopter transition program is for students with experience flying military helicopters or FAA helicopter pilots interested in transition to fixed wing flying. The jet bridge program is a two-week course with 55 hours of academics including aerosim virtual flight deck software and 26 hours in a regional jet bridge training device.

M1 commercial pilot certification prepares graduates for employment opportunities overseas. International students who have completed this program have received employment at Lauda Air, Saudi Arabian, Egypt Air, and Tunisair Airlines. The J1 internship program is a specialized program designed to give students additional flight time after commercial certification as a flight instructor.
