Located in Illinois and in a number of other states, Directions Training Center provides online and classroom training on the newest Microsoft technology. Directions Training Center is a Microsoft training provider and a Certified Partner for Learning Solutions. The training organization is dedicated to offering customized computer and software classes to organizations and people across the United States.

Directions Training Center offers an outcome-based curriculum. The instructors of the programs are individually matched to each client's or student's needs. They are certified and have Expertise in the subjects that they teach. Because individuals have different learning styles, the training organization combines different teaching techniques to teach the subject matter. These include instructor-led training, desk-side coaching, reference guides, online training and supplemental training.
