The Ruidoso Branch Community College of Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU) is a comprehensive, two-year college offering Certificates of Completion, Associate of Science, Associate of Arts, and Associate of Applied Science Degrees. ENMU-Ruidoso also provides community education, customized training workshops, and adult basic education.

ENMU Ruidoso's general education classes and discipline-specific undergraduate and graduate classes are transferable to ENMU Portales and other New Mexico universities and community colleges.

ENMU Ruidoso was established to offer Lincoln County residents access to local higher-education classes, including two-year academic as well as career and technical occupation classes. The Ruidoso Branch Campus also houses a branch of Eastern New Mexico University's Distance and Extended Learning programs.

The Ruidoso Branch Community College is located in a multicultural, recreation area in New Mexico's Sacramento Mountains region. Ruidoso boasts the two-million acre Lincoln National Forest and the heritage and history of the American Frontier.
