The European Institute of Cosmetology's brand-new, 7,500-square-foot learning facility prepares students for their careers with the high-tech equipment used in the cosmetology industry. The facility is derived from an old bank building and the institute has kept much of the historic flair. For example, the facial vault is one of the old bank vaults. The first-floor also offers a clinic area with 30-plus hair stations for hands-on training. Manicure and pedicure areas are also found on this floor. The facility's second floor is home to a retail area with top-of-the-line, up-to-date products. The second floor also features three classrooms for learning and a microdermabrasion room.
