Dedicated to providing students with training in the fields of aesthetics and Cosmetology, the Face Up Aesthetics Institute is directed by Ruth Bailey-Dancy. Bailey-Dancy has an extensive resume of credentials that give her school the leading edge in the beauty industry. With more than 39 years of beauty experience, Bialy-Dancy has been an instructor, salon owner, spa educator and director, speaker, and a manufacturers' representative. She has been honored with the CIDESCO Diplomat International Diploma and designation, the status of certified trainer, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Micro pigmentation.
