An FAA-approved 141 flight school, Falcon Aviation Academy is committed to providing its students with the top echelon of aviation training to help them in their pursuit of a career within aviation. Originally known as Griffin Flight School, the school has transformed into the Falcon Aviation Academy at the Falcon Field Airport.

At the Falcon Aviation Academy, students may choose to study in the airline pilot program, career pilot internship program, business/pleasure program, or the regional jet program. The airline professional pilot program gives students the opportunity to learn about commercial, multi-engine aircrafts and single-engine commercial add-ons as well as gain glass cockpit experience, learn about the diamond twin star, and get help with finding employment upon graduating from the program. The career pilot internship program offers students a chance to gain valuable experience in the aviation field. This program also leads to a commercial aviation program. Students interested in pursuing aviation for their own pleasure can enroll in the business/pleasure program to become a private pilot in about 30 days or a recreational pilot after about 90 clock hours. The regional jet course offered by the Falcon Aviation Academy is taught by current or retired airline captains who teach students CRJ systems, jet engine performance, FMS training, flight profiles, glass cockpit training, IFR simulator training, and jet profile simulator training.
