From architecture and hospitality management courses, to medical office administration and environmental science programs, there's a course for nearly everyone at this community college. In fact, Harper College has more than 30 associate degree programs and 100 certificate programs from which to choose.

As a testament to the amount of programs available, more than 25,000 credit-students attended this during the 2006-07 school year, with another 9,965 students enrolled in Continuing Education courses. With Harper College's Continuing Education courses, adult learners may gain the skills and knowledge necessary for gaining certification and entering successful career industries. Available courses cover everything from private investigation, professional pet grooming, and real estate, to media relations, international trade, and wedding consulting.

Students interested in attaining a bachelor's degree may enroll at Harper College for two years, and then transfer their credits to a traditional four-year college or university.
