Haverford college is a non-denominational, coeducational, liberal arts institution located just outside Philadelphia in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Haverford college was founded in 1833 by Quakers. Students take courses in each of three major academic divisions -- social sciences, humanities, and natural sciences -- and can earn degrees across more than 30 departmental majors with over 20 areas of concentration.

Haverford College's 200-acre campus features award-winning landscaping and architecture. The campus is a national recognized arboretum with hundreds of species of trees, a duck pond, gardens, and wooded areas.
