The Hollywood Institute in Hollywood, Florida, offers technician programs in electrology,
Nail Technology, and skin care through Internet and residence training.
The first half of the Electrology program is offered via Internet training courses. The second half of the program is practical training and is completed in residence at the school. Upon completion of the Electrology program, graduates receive a diploma and are qualified to apply for state license examination and for national certification testing.
The Skin Care and Aesthetics program prepares students for employment in the beauty field as an esthetician. Graduates will qualify to apply for state registration.
