Huston-Tillotson University is a four-year, private, primarily black college emphasizing professional and spiritual development for students from all backgrounds. Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, this Texas School's academic program focuses on liberal arts and sciences.

Students can earn bachelor's degrees from the College of the Arts and Sciences or the School of Business and Technology. Leadership and cooperative learning are stressed in all academic programs, including business, education, humanities, technology, and natural and social sciences.
