The Institute of Integrative Aromatherapy is an Online school which offers certificate diploma program in Integrative Aromatherapy (IA). The all-inclusive program provides everything students need for independent study and at-home blending practicum.

Students of the program will learn to optimize holistic healing with essential oils and herbs. Certified graduates have the holistic and integrative skills to nurture, comfort, and heal their clients, family, and themselves. Graduates of the certificate program are prepared to take the voluntary national exam provided by the Aromatherapy Registry Council (ARC).

The Integrative Aromatherapy course is available to any individual pursuing a career in aromatherapy, as well as anyone who wishes to use essential oils for natural health care. The course was originally designed for nurses, massage therapists, and other licensed health care practitioners who want to integrate essential oil therapy into their profession.

The IIA Certificate Program reviews complimentary and alternative healing approaches that can be used with essential oil therapy such as Herbal and Ayurvedic medicine, Flower Essence therapy, Homeopathy, Kinesiology, Touch therapies, Energetic Healing, Sacred blending, and Family health.

The Institute of Integrative Aromatherapy certificate program is approved for continuing education contact hours for nurses and massage therapists through the American Holistic Nurses Association and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and bodywork.
