Founded over 20 years ago, the International Institute of Travel is a school dedicated to training students to enter the airline, travel, and
hospitality fields. As one of the fastest growing educational institutions of its kind, this travel industry school offers programs that prepare students for a number of different travel careers. Currently, courses cover such professions and travel specialties as travel and tourism, management, hospitality, flight attendant, sales and marketing, food and beverage management, and financial accounting.
Depending on upon which area of travel study a student chooses, s/he may earn either a diploma or certificate. In fact, the International Institute of Travel's programs are organized into four distinct levels: flight attendant diploma programs,
certificate programs, diploma programs, and management diploma programs. Notably the management diploma programs are offered in travel and tourism management and international hotel management. Regular
certificate programs, meanwhile, are offered in such areas as word destinations, travel agency operations, computer reservations training, and sales and marketing.

The International Institute of Travel has been approved by and/or is a member of the following organizations: the Canadian Institute of Travel Counsellors (CITC), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the Caribbean Tourism Organization (C.T.O.), the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), and the American Hotel and Lodging Associaion (AH&LA) .
This travel industry school has campuses in both Toronto and Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
In order to apply to this travel industry school, a prospective student must have completed the twelfth grade or equivalent, or be over the age 18 and out of school for a year or more. Students from outside of Canada must have a student visa.
