A division of Transemantics, Inc., the International Language Institute (ILI) is dedicated to teaching students other languages and is particularly focused on English as a second language (ESL). For more than 30 years, the language school has offered ESL classes to foreign-born students but these days the ESL program goes far beyond the norm. In addition to offering different program lengths and difficulties, the International Language Institute's ESL program also assists students with their student visa application, living arrangements with host families, and even plans weekly activities and excursions for students.

The International Language Institute also offers English speakers the chance to learn another language. These foreign language courses have been taken by everyone from businessmen and professionals, to tourists and students interested in broadening their horizons. To date, this language schools offers instruction in the following languages: Arabic, Chinese Mandarin, Farsi, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

The International Language Institute has been accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing education and Training (ACCET) and is authorized to issue the I-20 form for the foreign student visa F-1.

This language school offers six different levels of semi-intensive English courses and 12 levels of intensive English courses. While the intensive English program is held during the day, the semi-intensive English program is taught in the evenings, three times per week.

The International Language Institute's foreign language courses are offered as group classes, as well as courses focused on preparing students to use the language in a particular setting (e.g. in medical situations or during traveling).

This language school offers a TESOL/TEFL certificate program, which prepares students to teach English as a Second Language.
