With a history that traces back nearly 100 years, Kent State University has long been dedicated to the education and career training of its students. As part of this mission, the
Ohio College is proud to offer residents seven regional campuses to choose from, including Kent State Geauga in Burton, Ohio.
Kent State Geauga is actually comprised of two different locations: the first, the Geauga Campus, is situated on nearly 90 acres of land east of Cleveland; the second, the Twinsburg Center, is an extension site located in the city of Twinsburg. Students may choose between either of these locations during the application process.
No matter which site a student chooses, she or he will still be able to earn any of a number of degrees. Functioning primarily as a
community college, Kent State Geauga offers
associate degree programs in accounting,
business management, and horticulture technology, as well as an Associate of Arts degree. The Ohio college also has bachelor's degree programs in general studies,
nursing, and
business management, and a master's degree in technology.

As of the autumn of 2007, more than 34,000 students were enrolled in Kent University, with over 1,200 students attending class at Kent State Geauga.
Students of Kent State Geauga participate in such extracurricular groups and organizations as Campus Crusade for Christ, Accounting Club, and the History-Political Science Club.
This Ohio college boasts a student-teach ratio of 13 to one and an average class size of 14 students. Distance education courses are also available.
At Kent State Geauga's Twinsburg Center, students may enroll in day, evening, and Saturday classes.
