Kittanning beauty school, a private, for-profit college, 50 minutes from Pittsburgh, offers students certificates in beauty and Cosmetology. Courses are offered through the week and on Saturdays.

In order to complete training as a cosmetology Operator, students need 625 hours to be a cosmetology reacher and 200 hours to be a nail technician.
