Lawrence Technological University is a private, coeducational university providing a
technology-intensive education that combines theory and practice. This Michigan
engineering college is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Lawrence Technological University offers a wide range of bachelor's degree programs through the College of Architecture and Design, the College of
arts and sciences, the College of Engineering, and the College of Management. Lawrence Tech also offers a unique dual degree program that allows students to earn both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. More than 25 master's degree programs and postbaccalaureate
certificate programs are available as well, and students can pursue a doctoral degree in
business Administration, Engineering in Manufacturing Systems, and Management in
information technology.
The Tech Rec program offers club-level and intramural sports including wallyball, billiards, cricket, and curling. In addition, a University Athletics Fund has been established to help expland the athletic program at Lawrence Technological University. Students can also participate in more than 60 organizations including Greek life, honor societies, academic and professional clubs, performance groups, and student government.
