Lenoir Community College has provided 50 years of excellence to its students and community members of Lenoir, Jones, and Greene Counties. Today, LCC remains committed to providing its students a quality education at an affordable price.

Lenoir Community College offers four degrees to help students reach their academic and career goals: AA, AAS, AFA and AS. The AA degree includes 19 pre-major programs from which to choose while the AAS degree offers 40 programs. Other certificate and diploma programs are available at Lenoir Community College and can be earned in less than two years. Each degree, certificate, and diploma program offer a variety of meeting times and instructional modes for LCC students. Daytime, evening, and weekend classes are available for students both on and off campus. Telecourses, teleweb courses, and Internet courses are also offered at Lenoir community college for students who need the flexibility and convenience these instructional modes provide.

In addition, the Fast Track Program at Lenoir Community College is designed for students who have commitments that prevent them from attending classes in a traditional way but are committed to obtaining their degree nonetheless. Most Fast Track Programs at LCC are meant to be completed in seven semesters or less; students work closely with an advisor to ensure completion of their program in a timely manner. Students in the Lenoir Community College Fast Track Program enjoy the camaraderie they find with other like-minded students who hold similar busy lifestyles and the motivation to pursue their education.
