Lepp Institute of Digital Imaging is located on the central coast of California, approximately halfway between
Los Angeles and San Francisco. Lepp Institute of Digital Imaging offers week-long courses aimed at improving a student's
photography skills and digital imaging techniques.
With only sixteen students, an instructor and two lab assistants per course, students are promised individual attention. Each course participant works at their own computer during the course and has access to the latest
film scanners, printers and software.
Lepp Institute of Digital Imaging offers a variety of interactive photographic workshops using a state-of-the-art digital darkroom lab. Some of the courses include: art of lighting, photoshop; digital printing for the
fine art photographer; and photo painting boot camp. Many of the courses include at least one day of field
photography, with the remaining days spent in the digital darkroom lab.
By the end of the course, participants will have several professional quality prints of their own images to take home.
Quick Facts
Students are required to bring their own camera gear for the field photography portions of the class, including a tri-pod.
Students use Microsoft Windows XP-based computers.
The course fee includes all materials used in the digital darkroom lab.
