College of Culinary Arts- Barrie Campus, one of a 10-campus franchise throughout Ontario, trains students for a
Culinary Arts diploma. Students enrolled at
Liaison College of Culinary Arts- Barrie Campus, established in 1996, may choose from four diploma programs that include basic and advanced cooking, hospitality administration and a personal chef diploma.
Classes are limited to 15 students. The 15-week basic and/or advanced diploma programs have flexible start dates throughout the year. Students receive hands-on training with certified chefs in small classes and professional kitchens, using commercial equipment. The 20-week hospitality administration program is for students who want to learn skills to run and manage a full-service restaurant.
Liaison College of Culinary Arts- Barrie Campus also offers recreational cooking classes for the general public.
