Liaison College of Culinary Arts- Downtown Campus, one of a 10-campus franchise throughout Ontario, trains students for a Culinary Arts diploma. Students enrolled at Liaison College of Culinary Arts- Downtown Campus may choose from three diploma programs that include basic and advanced cooking and a personal chef diploma.

Liaison College of Culinary Arts- Downtown Campus maintains a maximum student to teacher ratio of 18 to one. The basic and/or advanced diploma programs include five weeks of theoretical-based classroom instruction plus 10 weeks of practical-based kitchen instruction. The cooking methods are based primarily on French classical cuisine.

Liaison College of Culinary Arts- Downtown Campus also offers recreational cooking classes for the general public.
