Liaison College of Culinary Arts- Durham Campus, one of a 10-campus franchise throughout Ontario, trains students for a Culinary Arts diploma. Students enrolled at Liaison College of Culinary Arts- Durham Campus may choose from three diploma programs that include basic and advanced cooking and a personal chef diploma.

The basic and advanced diploma programs take 15 weeks full-time and 38 weeks part-time to complete. The 80-hour personal chef program includes classes on sanitation; safety and equipment; basic nutrition; food theory; quantity food preparation; and basic culinary techniques.

Liaison College of Culinary Arts Durham also offers corporate and team building events.
