Liaison College trains students for a Culinary Arts diploma on 10 campuses throughout Ontario. Students enrolled at Liaison College may choose from three diploma programs that include basic and advanced cooking and a personal chef diploma. Some of the franchises offer a fourth diploma in hospitality administration.

The basic and advanced diploma programs take 15 weeks to complete. The personal chef program includes classes on sanitation, safety and equipment, basic nutrition, food theory, quantity food preparation and culinary techniques. The hospitality administration program is for students who want to learn skills to run and manage a full-service restaurant.

Liaison Colleges offer team building and recreational cooking classes for the general public.
