Founded in 1897, Lincoln Memorial University is a private, coeducational university with its main campus located 55 miles north of Knoxville and 10 extended sites in surrounding areas. Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, LMU offers programs in the liberal arts and sciences in a close-knit campus community.
