Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology, part of the Collier County public school system, is a competency-based, post-secondary, technical school. The campus also houses the Lorenzo Walker Technical high school for ninth through twelfth grades. LWIT operates on a semester system.

After completing a minimum of 450 hours, students studying at the Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology may articulate coursework for credit upon enrollment at various community colleges, Johnson and Wales University and other schools in the state. LWIT offers certification in early childhood, computer technology, construction, business studies, public safety and health careers.
