Established in 1906, Louisiana College is a liberal arts institution offering degree programs infused with the principles of the Baptist faith. As the only Baptist college in the state, Louisiana college aims to provide a supportive environment in which students can grow intellectually as well as spiritually.

Louisiana College awards the following baccalaureate degrees: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Science in nursing, Bachelor of Social Work, and Bachelor of General Studies. There is a wide range of undergraduate majors at Louisiana College that are among the following academic divisions: business, Christian studies, education, history and political science, human behavior, humanities, math and computer science, natural science, nursing, and visual and performing arts.
