Founded by members of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in 1911, Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles is California's largest Catholic university, as well as one of the finest in the country. LMU offers dozens of undergraduate and graduate degree programs, as well as doctoral programs and 15 certificate options.

At Loyola Marymount University, students can choose from among 80 undergraduate programs and 30 graduate programs. There are seven schools at LMU, including the College of business Administration, College of Communication and Fine Arts, College of Education, School of Film and Television, Bellarmine College of liberal arts, Seaver College of Science and engineering, and Loyola Law School.
