Marian Anderson String Quartet Chamber Music Institute is dedicated to nurturing the artistic growth and musical development of young and adult musicians through training in chamber music. Held at Bryan High fine arts Building in Bryan,Texas, the nine-day summer program is a sponsored project that brings music to musicians of all ages in an attempt to create new and diverse audiences.

Students that attend the Marian Anderson String Quartet Chamber Music Institute discover and refine their skills as string players through the study of chamber music and by participating in intensive rehearsals, coaching sessions, master classes, and formal and educational outreach performances.

Two of the high scoring auditioners get to perform with the Marian Anderson String Quartet.
