With four campuses spread across Kentucky (in Maysville, Morehead, Cynthiana, and East Kentucky), Maysville Community and
Technical College caters to an enormous array of students. The school offers students the chance to complete certificate, diploma, and
associate degree programs that prepare them to enter a career field or to proceed with a baccalaureate program. Maysville Community and
Technical College offers day and
online courses as well as workplace training seminars and non-credited continuing education courses for older learners. Maysville also maintains several partnerships with area high schools, allowing students who haven't finished their high school curriculum to start earning college credits prior to graduation.
Maysville Community and
technical College hosts a particularly robust catalogue of vocational programs. Students have their choice between 28 programs of study, most of which take a year or less to complete, as well as state-of-the-art equipment housed in a 45,000 square foot tech center. In addition to in-class learning, students from all diploma programs have the opportunity to supplement their education with one of Maysville Community and Technical College's service learning activities. Putting academic knowledge to the test in a real-world setting, service learning projects place students in volunteer-based community development projects that take in-class learning to the next level.
The school also provides a number of academic support systems for students. All Maysville Community and Technical College students have access to adult GED courses, family literacy classes, academic advising, assessment testing,
distance learning support, tutoring, financial aid counseling, and short-term personal counseling. The school's Ready to Work program provides career counseling, mentorship, job search help, and financial incentive to work-study students getting ready to leave Maysville Community and Technical College. Maysville provides students with social support as well. The school is currently home to eight student clubs and organizations including a chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honors society for two-year college students, and a student government association.

The East Kentucky Branch Campus (EKBC) is located in the Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex, a security state prison, in West Liberty, Kentucky. It is the largest correctional facility in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with an all-male inmate population of approximately 1,750.
