MCC-Longview is one of the five Metropolitan Community Colleges -- Blue River, Longview, Maple Woods, Penn Valley, and the business & Technology College -- in the metropolitan area of Kansas City, Missouri, that provides opportunities for students to find their futures. Almost 70 career programs, including strong transfer programs, are available at MCC-Longview. MCC-Longview also provides business and industry training, community and continuing education, and distance education courses. With a vast array of programs and services in place to help students, MCC-Longview has one goal in mind: student success.

MCC-Longview is the place for students to start their higher education. Students at Longview can gain career skills and enter the workforce immediately, or they can transfer to a four-year college after two years to earn their bachelor's degree.
