McLennan Community College offers students a chance to develop their intellectual abilities and meet academic goals through a variety of programs. In addition to the reputable academic programs McLennan Community College has available, it also partners with four-year universities to provide its students with even more educational opportunities on the MCC campus. The University Center at McLennan Community College offers 13 bachelor's degrees, five master's degrees, two post-master's certificates, and one doctoral degree. MCC makes it affordable and convenient for students to move past their freshmen and sophomore-level studies onto junior, senior, and graduate-level courses.

In addition to academic classes, McLennan Community College offers many programs and experiences that allow students and community members to grow in unique ways. At MCC, the Heart of Texas RSVP coordinates volunteer opportunities and activities for those interested while the Bosque River Stage offers outdoor performances for the community to enjoy at affordable prices. And, both the Learning Technology Center and the Community Services Center provide outreach programs and resources that are utilized to the benefit of students and residents alike. From partnerships with different businesses and universities to the various services, programs, and assistance available, McLennan Community College aims to provide a comprehensive experience for the multicultural students and community it serves.
