Medes College, part of the Medes Aesthetic and SPA, opened its doors in 1994 as an esthetics and Electrolysis vocational school. The Canadian beauty college believes that aesthetics are no longer just about beauty treatments but about the overall well-being of the individual.

Medes College offers students a choice of four programs including 36-week programs that include esthetics, electrolysis and spa treatments and esthetics, electrolysis, spa treatments and artificial nails, a 360-hour nail technician program, and electrolysis.

Students can pursue careers as an esthetician in a hair salon, day spa, destination spa, or cruise ship, an esthetics salon manager or salon proprietor, as a consultant/trainer, sales representative, an assistant to a plastic surgeon, an esthetics teacher, make-up artist, electrologist or nail technician.
