Through an open-door admission policy, Mercer County community college has provided access to higher education since 1966. A vital college, set on 292 scenic acres in West Windsor, New Jersey, Mercer County Community College is engaged with its community, offering educational and cultural opportunities that meet the needs of students and residents alike. With a newly-expanded campus in downtown Trenton, Mercer County Community College has become convenient and flexible for city residents who wish to experience MCCC as well.

A diverse student body brings a variety of backgrounds and experiences to the campus of MCCC, and Mercer County Community College has the programs and services available to help all students succeed. A total of 65 associate degree programs are offered at Mercer County Community College; dozens of credit, noncredit, and individualized programs are available also. All programs offer courses year-round through flexible scheduling with some MCCC programs able to be completed in as little as a year. Academic advisement is available for all Mercer County Community College students through the Advisement Center, enabling students to stay on track in their programs of study through the guidance of faculty advisors. Learning Centers at MCCC also provide academic assistance to students in a variety of ways such as study groups, individualized tutoring, computer-assisted instruction and many others.

In addition to serving its students, Mercer County Community College serves the community as well. The fine arts, including performances, art exhibits, public radio and a literary magazine, can all be enjoyed at Mercer County Community College. Through the Distinguished Lecturer Series, MCCC provides ample opportunities for lifelong learning to take place. Mercer County Community College also has the staff, resources, and facilities on campus to support business development, health and fitness, and innovative programs for children and teens. While Mercer County Community College is clearly the best choice to meet a variety of needs for a variety of people, it remains dedicated above all else to student success.
