Founded in 1968, Miami University-Hamilton is a regional campus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Thanks to this status, the Ohio College provides students with a variety of different programs and opportunities. In addition to continuing education, certificate, and associate degree programs, Miami Hamilton also offers bachelor's degree programs in nursing and engineering technology.

For students who wish to eventually transfer to the traditional four-year college, Miami University, Miami Hamilton offers the perfect opportunity and means of transfer. Thanks to the schools' close relationship, Miami Hamilton offers many of the beginning courses and credits that required for Miami University's bachelor's degrees programs.

Students who are unable to attend class at Miami University-Hamilton's Hamilton campus, may also enroll in classes through educational outreach locations in Eaton, Lebanon, Trenton, and West Chester. Miami Hamilton also offers students the option to enroll in evening classes or the SaturdaySelect program. With the latter option, students are able to complete an Associate Degree in two years by only attending weekend classes and, in most cases, participating in online learning.
