Morris County offers a particularly strong two-year Aviation Flight Technology program. A mix of classroom-based learning and actual flight training, students pursuing this degree will have the opportunity to complete Commercial Pilot training before they graduate.

Community College also hosts an array of extra and co-curricular activities on campus. Student clubs range from campus chapters of professional associations to honor societies to social organizations like the Chess Club and the Fashion Club. Morris County Community College also hosts a student-run newspaper as well as a student-run radio station. The
New Jersey College also hosts several on campus social and cultural events throughout the year. Campus events for 2007 include a Walk-a-Thon to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a storytelling festival, and several planetarium shows. Students will also have the opportunity to take field trips to New York to see Broadway performances.
Morris County Community College students will also find free academic advising, personal counseling, career services, financial aid counseling, and job search help, all available on campus. The Career Services and Cooperative Education office helps students gain real-world experience before they graduate by hooking them up with volunteer, cooperative learning, internship, and paid work programs in addition to resume-writing workshops and seminars to improve interviewing techniques. Each spring, the Morris County Community College campus also hosts an annual job fair designed to connect students with potential employers.
