St. Mary's University's scenic 1,400-acre campus, is one hour outside of Baltimore, Maryland, and is nationally distinguished for its core curriculum that is based on a rigorous liberal arts foundation. Mount St. Mary's University is the second oldest Catholic university and celebrated its Bicentennial in 2008.
Mount St. Mary's University has more than 40 majors, minors, concentrations, interdisciplinary, and special programs with areas of study that cross paths in sciences and humanities,
business, education, sociology, theology, or computer science. For those wanting an individualized course of study, students can collaborate with a faculty advisor and design a major that reflects their educational interests. Students can also pursue pre-professional, military science, and dual degree programs.
