National College offers concentrated, career-specific courses so that students do not waste time or necessary resources on courses that are not directly related to their professional fields of choice.

The Richmond, Kentucky campus was established in 1976 and is one of more than the 23 locations of National College. The Richmond campus offers Associate Degrees in Administration Office Professional, business Administration Accounting, Business Administration Management, Computer Applications Technology and Medical Assisting. The Richmond campus also offers Diploma Programs in Administrative Office Assistant, Accounting Office Assistant, Business Administration, Computerized Office Applications, Medical Billing and Coding, Medical Office Specialist, Pharmacy Technician and Supervisory Management Specialist.

The Richmond campus consists of two buildings which includes classrooms, computer labs, a career center and the library. National College provides students with extensive research utilities such as the Virtual Library. Through the Virtual Library, students are able to access specific databases that can retrieve articles from thousands of magazines, newspapers, reference books, and academic journals. Students can log in with a user ID and password from essential anywhere the Internet is available. Students can also maintain the use of the Virtual Library well after graduation, in order to stay current with the latest advancements and news in their industries. National College also offers extensive Career Counseling at the Career Center. Students can learn interview skills, how to create a professional resume and also check for job opportunities that the Career Center regularly posts.
