The National Heavy Equipment Operators School, which opened its doors in 1978, is a private institution offering aspiring heavy equipment operators accredited training for entry-level jobs using equipment such as late model bulldozers, backhoes, wheel loaders, excavators and skid steer loaders. Since its establishment, the National Heavy Equipment Operators School has graduated more than 30,000 professionals. technical schools with its exclusive mission to train students to confidently operate a variety of heavy equipment machines and to place them in good jobs. The training fleet features many different brands of equipment and different power trains.
The training program at the Florida
Professional School consists of two phases, one of which is completed at the student's home at their own pace, while the second component is completed on site in Green Cove Springs, Florida, about a 20-mile trip from Jacksonville. The National Heavy Equipment Operators School staff is comprised of professionals who have learned the tricks of the trade through years of hands-on experience operating equipment and driving tractor trailers. Instructors are licensed by Florida's Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and attend training classes.

education and Training Council, which is nationally recognized by the
United States Department of Education. The Florida
Professional School is fully licensed by the State of Florida, Commission for Independent Education, and by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
