National-Louis University, founded in 1886, is a private, non-denominational college located on campuses in five states and Poland. National-Louis University North Shore Campus at Skokie students can choose from 15 bachelor's degrees, 25 master's degrees and six
online degree programs. National-Louis University North Shore Campus at Skokie opened in 2006 and offers classes in
business, education and specific fields in the
liberal arts.
There are more than 14,000 students enrolled at
NLU. More than 90 percent of NLU classes have fewer than 20 students. NLU North Shore Campus at Skokie includes 44 wireless classrooms equipped with high-tech media equipment; four computer labs with high-speed Internet access, including a walk-in lab in the library; six conference rooms; a public café; a student welcome center; a library; and multiplestudent lounge areas.
